What we do

PayoutLedger reconciles what delivery platforms say they paid you against what actually hit your bank account. Upload CSVs from Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat — and get VAT-correct, categorised journal entries pushed straight into Xero.

Who it's for

UK independent restaurants, takeaways, and dark kitchens operating on two or more delivery platforms. Owners who spend hours every week reconciling platform payouts manually — or pay £150–400/month for an accountant to do it.

Why we built it

Since January 2024, HMRC's Digital Platform Reporting Rules require delivery platforms to report seller revenue directly to the tax authority. Over 4,000 UK restaurants have already been flagged for discrepancies between their books and what HMRC knows.

Despite this, no UK tool exists to reconcile delivery platform payouts with accounting software. The US has four or more funded products solving this problem — but none of them support UK platforms, UK VAT treatment, or UK accounting software.

PayoutLedger exists to fill that gap: automated reconciliation at a fraction of accountant fees, built specifically for UK delivery restaurants.
